What I like about it
Ploi is a straightforward, no-frills cloud control panel for server management, standing out even when compared to premium alternatives. It handles everything from setup to ongoing maintenance, offering a user-friendly interface with essential features such as team management, backups, server cloning, and more.
What I don't like about it
The product is made by a single developer, which wouldn't be a problem if at least a basic level of support was provided. But unfortunately, on several occasions, this meant that both my tickets and my clients’ have been either ignored or delayed for months. I believe its developer, Dennis, is a very capable guy, but he really should look into stepping up his customer support. While I continue using Ploi for myself and a select number of clients, I now exercise caution when recommending it to others.
